I am just appalled at the service i have received from Nedbank and to think i was considering moving all my banking needs to them, well i have certainly had a change of heart especially after the bitter taste that has been left in my mouth with the lack of feedback and service received.
I don't don't even have strength to outline the exact details of my query. All that is apparent is no one has bothered to assist with the completion of my application for an American express gold credit card since submission in April 2013.
