I have a gold American Express Card which expired on 11/13. It is amazing that you always remember to send me my statements and charge me but you cannot advise me where and when I can pick up my new card. For the annual fees we pay you, this should be a basic service. I also see on your website that gold cards are delivered free of charge. Is it only some clients that get this service from you. I do not have the time to go and stand in queues at a Nedbank branch trying to sort out a simple problem caused by you.
I am disgusted at the lack of service received not to mention that so many companies do not accept your card, I wonder if it is worth the hassle to have one.
