Good day, my complaint is simple enough.

1. I asked for a Gold credit card and not a platinum card. (Even though I would have been fine with it this far)

2. I got an American Express card with my credit card as well. I DO NOT WANT THIS, AND IT SHOULD BE CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

3. The charges is ridiculous on the American express and I did not want this.

4. Get someone to call me ASAP to sort out this mess! I will not pay for something that I did not ask for.
