Cant give us a BOND but can my money

It took standard bank 4 weeks to decline us for a Home loan. Ok sure. So I cancelled and paid up our existing home loan and sent the necessary documents to the relevant departments (plural) they sent me a letter confirming its now cancelled. So explain why you debiting R5568 from my account. One of the reasons why you did not want to give us the Bond in the first place is because we opened a new account and were unaware that it was coming off our new account..so it bounced twice So to apologise I paid the entire balance of our home loan with a sincere apology. Fine dont give us a loan we only financed 4 vehicles (2 paid up), a bond (paid up) 7 bank accounts and we run our business account from Standard bank. We thought that would help. We have a beautiful credit history it cost us money to get documents from our accountant veryfying our criteria so we still have to pay accountant fees and also -R5568. Lovely service... I obviously want to change banks but I guess you want to take the last bit of money from me before I can. When my son's school calls me I will refer them to you to pay his fees on my behalf because that is where the school fees money went to
