I wanted to say Thank You to Ilana Sohan from Wesbank, after not receiving any feebback on my account status I received a call from Ilana to apologies and update me. She called me to update me on every thing and ensured that all documentation I required was sent to me immediately.
She offered amazing client service and was professional and extremely efficient. Wesbank needs more staff like Ilana to deal with client and should be used as a role model to all other client facing employees.
