Our company has approx. 65 petrol cards via wesbank. I do the queries together with my director who consolidates the account. EVERY month for the last two years, we were getting out monthly statements late. And every month we complained, they get it right and then a few months later they go back to not sending it or sending it late. We specifically ordered a printed booklet to be sent to us, and for some reason, they cant seem to get that right either. They email us the statement, and we keep phoning and asking them to send us a printed booklet, this month we haven't even received the statement. Our relationship consultant is useless as far as i am concerned and so is his assistant Ellen.

I really think we should start looking at another bank like Ned bank, heard some good rapports on them.
