No statements received of my vehicle finance

I took out finance in jan 2013 and asked to have statements sent to me every month, but as of yet i havent received any statements whatsoever! This kind of makes me so cross as i pay my accounts with no hassles and MFC just doesnt deliver! Please send me detailed statements from the inception of my finance up until now? Please dont dissappoint me like you do with the rest of your customers!
