Incorrect debit order, again

I bought my first own car last year December privately, and got approved by Wesbank Private Finance. After a long period of waiting for various documentation, I finally took delivery of my Jetta on the 14th of December. To my surprise, I received an sms from FNB stating that there was a deduction of around R7500 from my account. The Wesbank reference no. does not correspond to my account with them, so I was paying some other person's installment. After phoning Wesbank and being assured that it will be sorted out, I had to go to FNB in order for them to reverse the debit order. This morning I get another sms - guess what... Yes, the R7500 was debited from my account AGAIN. I would appreciate it if Wesbank could sort out this issue, as I have not been satisfied with their service once since I started the initial finance application.

This is the first debt I had made, and I chose Wesbank and FNB because I only heard good things about them. I am affraid that this error on Wesbank's side may give me a bad credit record. Thus far i can't see myself financing a car through them again, this is a completely unnecessary problem, and I hope that it can be resolved soon.
