New online banking functionality

Since I've used the new FNB online banking functionality I have struggled to make payments with the new loading function hanging and having to logout and redo the payment. I have also tried to make a forex payment to a global recipent and another function prevented the payment. When I contacted the call centre I spoke to 5 difference Call centre agents and none of them could assist me. One said they had not been trained in all funcitonality and they were still learning!!! I'll be changing banks.
