ONE PRIMARY USER ON BUSINESS BANKING???

I am not sure if your call centre agents are just not trained or if your onling banking systems are really wrong.

We opened a new business banking account during January and when the director wanted to add me on the banking profile as an administrator or second primary user she was not able to do so.

I do not have the rights to add users or access instant payroll and accounting and the call centre said that a profile can only have one primary user that has full functionality.

How is this possible?? A company is not run by just one person and what do we do when that 1 person is on leave???

Please look at this ASAP as we specifically opened an FNB account for the functionality but can easily move over to another bank if I can't even use online banking
