I have had issues with my online banking for over a month some functionality has been blocked out the told me its because I am using another computer although I have been using this computer for 1.5 years to do my online banking and has worked. But anyway I tried and continued using my laptop for the next month to build a profile as requested by them and 1 month on I chck and functionality is still blocked. They are saying now they cant help me. What nonsense is that and unaccaptable by FNB who say they cant help their client I moved to you because of your apperant Technological advances but clearly thats not up to scratch. I would like to have answers for this as soon as possible.
