Tried to make use of online banking Forex facility took few minutes to enter Recipient details and when it came to Invoice no it came up with errrors. I called the forex call center and was told they having a problem and i should consider going to a branch. Whats the use of having the facilty if i cant make use of it when i want? Also what happens if the rate changes is Fnb going to compensate me. I should have just done the payment with another bank and will definetely looking at moving to another bank. Disgusting service
