FNB's Service, Clueless Employees

I'm of FNB Carlswald, with their constant long queues, sparing hours off my working time, I have yet other unresolved issues with FNB after sparing my precious time in the branch.
* I've had R 3000 disappear from my FNB account, which took 30 days for FNB to refund.
* I've had R 6000 transferred from my FNB account to my Standard Bank account, selected the 60 minutes clearance option, The branch manager had confidence to and blame the other bank on my face without checking her facts, That was one of the luckiest moments I got a chance to speak to a Manager, a day later it's FNB's fault.
* I've tried for months to get my other FNB account closed, which they couldn't close, I reported to the branch zillion times to close the account, I had their R90 which they asked for then to close the account, but they couldn't close it still, now it is on - R 1200 and more, 3 months back I requested to speak to a Relationships Manager they confidently told me "We don't have" and they still don't, Maybe they waiting for me to hire one.
* Now I apparently owe FNB a R3 600 loan, Call Customer Service to enquire, All I must do is visit the useless branch. My next stop is the Ombudsman
