I have been trying to close my business bank account for the past few months, due to very bad service from fnb. I went to jacaranda branch to close it, i spoke to mari, and told her i wanted to close my account. She was not very friendly, but who cares? I, m closing my account to get rid of fnb. She said she will close my account and i played in the difference to have it closed. That was more than a week ago. Today i saw some money went off, i called mars and asked her what was going on. She is very rude and unpleasant person to speak to, i wonder why fnb employs her as a branch manager. But then again fnb does not care about their customers .again my account is still not closed and fnb continues to my money.i even told mars i would take legal action, and she does not care. I urge all fnb clients to protest and boycott that branch, still mari learns some manners in customer care. Why is capit.ec bank growing so fast? Because capitec bank cares about their customers and they don't our money. Please visit a capitec branch and change your accounts over to them you will see the difference. The charges are less and the service is much much much better...
