I have a savings account with standard bank. i recently opened a current acc. i have not received the card and have no access to it. i gave permission to std bank to move my debit orders over ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED THE CARD. they moved it over anyway and my debit hasnt went off. now nashua mobile is trying to debit and its bouncing back coz obviously there is no funds in the acc, i dont even have access to it... the call centre is not helping me. i refuse to pay interest coz my debit hasnt gone off and i cannot be black listed as this is not my fault... i have been banking with std bank for the past 8 years and there is always a problem. truly a pathetic bank... i want this fixed as it is not my fault. how can they move my debits over when they havent even given me my card. it is now over a month since i have opened the account and there is still no card!!!
