I have been miss lead by metropolitan agent they have sell me 2 policy in the total vaule of R100 000.00 i only find out yesterday that they can only pay out R50 000.00 only. i have explain this to a lady who sell me the second policy that i am already have a policy with them she tells me that they will pay all of them which is wrong. i need to cancell one policy and i need all my refund from last year september till todate.
my policy that i want to keep is FF414531833 Taken in 2011
other policy (60049850003506) need this to be cancelled and get all ma refund.
