YOU MESSING UP WITH MY CREDIT PROFILE

A month ago I was told that my account was in arrears after which in Feb. 2013 I paid the full amount which I was told I was in arrears of R6000.00. After numerous calls made to Collections Dept speaking with different agents and TL's, Peter Mashangoane called me and we had a discussion regarding this. I told him that I will make the arrears amount which was abt R927, today I have been told that my account is uptodate as a result, theres a credit of R161.40, I bet few months later I'm gonna be in arrears again MIND YOU, I DONT SKIP PAYMENTS.

I also have the credit card, last month I was told that I needed to pay R2200 to bring it uptoday, today its R1830, how I dont know.
What is going on exactly? Why is my account up and down when I'm not skipping any payments? I sent Peter an email and he hasnt responded..

I'm really angry AGAIN with the service from African Bank, I cannot wait to pay up these 2.
