I'm struggling to get my credit card that's according to African Bank in arrears, cleared for the past 2 months. Promises have been made that my account will be rectified on the 28th of February. This did not happen. I'm not in arrears because your debit order is going off every month 1st when my salary is paid in. Im listed now as a bad payer and I want my name cleared and my account updated within 24 hours. If this is not done I will stop all debit orders. I'm tired of phoning everyday and talking to different people. Today when I phone African Bank my previous conversation with them was not even listed with a reference number.
