In Nov 2011 my account was paid up in full and I never received a paid up letter to confirm this after numerous phonecalls to the person in charge of the account (Lebohang) I then started receiving threatening sms in 2013 that i will be handed over to the credit bureau if i dont pay immediately. Then after getting a credit report from Transunion it shows that i am R3600 in arrears on an account that has been settled!! I have tried phoning Lebohang and have left messages to contact me back to no avail!!! This is very frustrating and infuriating that this company seems unwilling to sort this problem out and just want to keep on demanding money from me. The last installment i paid in 2011 they deducted double the money and eventually paid it back into my account, this in itself is proof that they were aware that my account had been settled!! I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME ASAP SO AS TO CLEAR MY NAME WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU!!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND I AM ON THE VERGE OF GETTING A LAWYER TO SORT THIS OUT!!!
