I cannot wait to pay up this loan. I contacted African Bank, Tygervalley branch and I was told that the amount in arrears was about R5900, on the 04 Feb 2013 I made a payment of R6000 to bring this account up to date also increased my instmt to R1500 for end of Feb 2013. From March 2013 D/O went through successfully for R1148 (which is my normal instmt) for some good Afican Bank reason, MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS WITH R972. HOW SO???
I called collections yesterday, Chantelle & her superior which I believe is Khathazile told me that when I was qouted the amount in arrears, the R972 was not included. Q nw is, WHOS PROBLEM IS THAT? HAD U TOLD ME THE WHOLE AMOUNT, I WOULD HAVE PAID IT.. Again, if I had paid extra R352 in Feb. 2013 why the arrears amount still R972 coz it shud hv decreased.

This is a day light, no wonder people pays their loans with you guys till they die coz u include charges whenever you see a gap, which is wrong. I'm waiting for the supervisor or whoever he said he was with feedback on this matter, I refuse to pay these monies until I know exactly where ist coming from and why wasnt I told abt it when I asked.
