Card, money withdrawn, mng says my fault

I. Went into the standard bank branch at Galleria- Amanzimtoti when I came out the ques at the atm was to long so I decided to go and use the atm outside the centre at the Game entrance. When I got there 2 of thr 3 atm's were not working and the one that was, was being used by an african man. When he finished I went to ise the machine with my card in my hand, before I could even put my card in the african man came back wanting his slip which was still in the machine. I stepped aside and let him take it when I turned to use the machine I saw that my card was not in my hand. I started screaming and asked people to stop that am but they just stood staring at me. I then ran back to the branch to put a stop to my card, while explaining to the lady what happened I got an sms telling me that R1100 was withdrawn from my account. The lady then gave me a form to sign to stop the card, when I asked her what will happen about the money that was withdrawn she said there was nothing that the bank could do, so I went to the manager and told her what happened she had the audacity to tell me that I am responsible for my pin and that I must have given the man my pin
