I lodged a claim with outsurance over a month ago. i sent numerous emails to Tsepi/ morein..no one replied to my calls . emials>>althought they were handling my claim no one took the time to answer my questions, concers or reply to my numerous mails. i also complained on their website, surverys etc, to date no feedback from any managers or head of dept.
is this how outsurance dooes business...
furtehr to this my cell pphone bill fro all the calls to outsurance was appalling... they just do not belive in calling clinet back!
this was a real fustrating ordeal for me, and i am gald its over... poor customer services, pure arrogance from outsurance.
i am really looking forward to hear from someone at the customer complaints dept, if this dept exists... just shocked... at what i experience
