On the 5th of June 2013, my debit card got stuck in the ATM machine in Midrand waterfall park and i called the number appearing on the screen to stop my my card but my airtime run off before i could speak to their consultant.later on the money was withdrawn with my card.on the 6 of June i went to the bank they opened the case.standard bank called and requested an itemised billing from me.i called mtn and i was told it will take about 30 to 60 days to get one i also went to MTN centurion mall to get assistance but being a prepaid customer they cant help me they said i must call 173.i cant wait that long i want my money back ands iam really fed up because this is for the second time i lost money with them the first time i was told is a pin based but this time they have gone too far i need my money ASAP.iam also fed with their the bad attitude from their consultants they dont know how to address their customers well.
