FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER - FORCED TO LEAVE!!!

IT ALL STARTED WHEN WE WANTED TO CASH IN FOR THE 1ST TIME, SOME OF THE GREENBACKS THAT WE HAVE BEEN SAVING FOR 5 YRS, TO BUY SOMETHING SPECIAL. ONLY TO FIND THAT THE GREENBACKS HAD DROPPED IN VALUE. TO ADD TO THE FRUSTRATION, WE TRIED TO GET SOME ANSWERS CONCERNING THE GREENBACKS REDEEMING VALUES.WE LIASED WITH SEVERAL SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGERS NAMELY LUNGI, ZINTLE & ZAMA WITHIN THE REWARDS DEPARTMENT, THEY OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS/IN SITES AS TO WHY I CANNOT PURCHASE THE ITEM TODAY WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF GREENBACKS AS I COULD 3 YEARS AGO?? THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME THIS IS THE WAY IT IS TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!!! I DECIDED THAT DUE TO CALLING A CENTRAL CONTACT CENTRE, THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE LINE SITE OF ME AS A CLIENT .I WENT TO MY LOCAL BRANCH (RANDRIDGE MALL) AND ASKED TO SEE THE BRANCH MANAGER LEBO.AFTER EXPLAINING THE SITUATION TO HER AND INFORMING HER THAT I AM CONSIDERING CLOSING ALL MY ACC.SHE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK WITHIN 48 HRS - I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL (2 WKS LATER)!! THE IRONY OF IT ALL IS THAT I GET A CALL FROM ONE OF THEIR INVESTMENT BANKERS (WITHIN THE BRANCH) ASKING ME IF I WOULD LIKE TO INVEST MY R750K IN A DIFFERENT INVESTMENT PLAN, WHAT A JOKE!!! FNB HERE I COME!
