Poor service from Standard Bank Insurance Brokers

Following a burglary at my home a week ago I am still waiting for my gates and motors to be repaired. Being a disabled person makes it difficult to exit and enter a panhandle property. Despite many calls to SBIC (all recorded) I have had no success in getting anybody to help. I am not asking for a favour but something I am paying for. SBIC staff are extremely efficient at referring the problem to someone else. Sadly I now find it necessary to review my association with Standard Bank.
