Good day
I refer you to a recent claim number 13/049007. Among many repairs my gate motors were replaced with new Centurion motors by Ewing Security. Is it standard practice of SBIB or its appointed contractors not to supply the matching remote controllers for the new system and is also standard practice to replace the Centurion back up battery with one from a basic alarm system. I have been advised by another contractor that the above should not have been done and amounts to. Is it also acceptable for your contractors viz. Ewing Security and Moyamanzi Construction to rate their respective service themselves. Sadly it is experiences like these that prompt customers to assess their continued association with a service provider.
I look forward to an explanation.
