Typical too many departments effecting the process

Interest rate provided after the loan is approved totally unfair to a customer. You may loose of account of 20 years with SBIC. I am able to get 90% bond, an interest rate of prime minus 2 via other financial providers and brokers. I had called you three times since 23 Jan 2013 to follow up, please check your system you logged information on who should have called me back but you refer me very quickly to SBIC attorney. And you fee structure is also unfair because you make enough interest over the years but charge 1% initiation fee. But banking regulator and SBIC are part of the same chain you look after each other and not the customer. Please get back to me of prime less 2%, if not I move my account away from SBIC.
