Terrible Service

I Settled 2 of my loans with FNB, i was told by Randburg branch i must call the call center to get paid up letters. To date i made 7 calls and i cant seem to get such a simple request sorted out, i ask to speak to a team leader and they give me attitude, i finally speak to a team leader who assisted me and said i would get feed back today, i have sent an email and there is no reply, i call the call center and they tell me i must call back on the 29/07/2013, seriously considering moving to another bank. I need these paid up letters today!

I have allowed my debits to run although i settled these loans and need the refund to be processed as well
