Going the extra mile to make things happen quickly

I was told over the phone by FNB forex that i had to go into a branch to order AED dirham. After waking up at 3:00 in order to finish work in order to go to the bank after office, i was then told that it wasn't necessary to go into a branch but that i could order AED dirham via an email. I was very angry, tired and disappointed to hear this.

Tracy-lee at cresta stepped in and sorted things out for me, and Twala at forex phoned me immediately after and I received all my AED Dirham within 2 working days.

So after the incorrect info was provided and lots of frustration, these two lovely people stepped in and made my life easy again. Thank you!!!
