Missing Deposit and Incompetent Staff

I made a Deposit of R3000 on the 3 Oct12. 2 months later I received numerous phone calls from consultants telling me my account is in arrears. Each time someone called I tried 2 explain my situation. I emailed a complaint through to Standard Bank and no-one got back to me. After months a consultant adviced me that I should go to O.R Tambo Branch and provide proof of deposit slip. On the 25th June 13 the lady that assisted me was Naledi Mothibi, sent the query through to Head Office as it was an after hour deposit. Went back on 3rd July she said she'll call me by the end of the day and she didn't. I went back on the 9th. Naledi was on trainin and Muzi Ziqubu tried to help but couldn't access the previous work by naledi. I asked Muzi to get Naledi to call me the next day, and she didn't. Went on the 12th Naledi contacted Leeroy Samuels from headoffice and he said he'll investigate and got back to me via email the 17th saying the query is finalised I should speak 2 the Manager Shan. I went the same day and Shan didn't even attend to me, Naledi did sayin Shan is waiting for the box with the after Deposits. I went back the 22nd and the wrong box was delivered and Shan had to attend funeral
