I bought a decoder was promised it would be installed same day but that didn't happen..also their office lines one was a wrong number & the other 2 didn't exist, I then emailed multichoice the following day when still I couldn't get through and 2 days later multichoice consultant calls me & I do inform him that it was installed the previous day but hated that the place I bought the decoder didn't have correct office numbers & he called a cellphone number & got a guy by the name Jack who said will call me back which he did but he was so rude I hung up on him, the guy had guts to tell me why didn't I call the cellphone numbers & he refused to listen and I was very wrong
