My Car was taken in to Naledi Motors (Franchised Dealer for Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Mitsubishi Fusa and Freightliner) on the 5th of April 2013 to be fixed as it had a sound coming from the engine.

The diagnosis came back saying that it needed a new pulley system and a tentioner belt, i had them replaced.

Firstly i was told that it will take 4 working days to get the parts and to have them replaced. all good and well as the 5th fell on a Friday i was meant to get my car back on Thursday the 11th April 2013. Thursday came and went without me getting my car back.
With a very weak explanation I only got my car back on Monday the 15th April 2013 afternoon before the close of business. I drove it home as it was late. the following day as i was about my errands around town i heard a funny noise coming out of the engine, once I stopped to take a closer look i realized that my car was over heating and the water was boiling.
I then took it back to Naledi Motors on the morn of Wednesday the 17th April 2013. After a great deal of exchanging words with the consultant Agnes as well as the Manager Richard over how come my car came back from them and a day later heating
