Good service gone very bad

I have been dealing with B&D who respresents Standard Bank since last week. Once they located my account i asked them for a discount so i could settle my account. They phoned me back on thursday afternoon and informed me that i would have to pay -R8300. I asked that they email me the amount and their banking details and through friday and Monday morning i was battling to get this email sent to me. I did eventually manage to get a email from Naledi, sent by a call centre girl, Cheryl. The email informed me that i had to pay R11813 to settle my account. I phoned Naledi and she denied telling me that the amount was R8000 and that i heard wrong, but there is a big difference between the two words and i repeated it back to her and she agreed. Today I was on the call trying my best to make her understand that i was not mistaken by the amount and she did tell me what i heard, but she kept denying it and got very irretable with me asking for her supervisor who was still on lunch at 14:30? In the end she told me off very rudely by saying that she has alot of work to do and cant talk to me anymore, after i ended the call.
