Yesterday i was requested to go to FNB and do my finger prints, only to find out their systems are not working. i then came back to the office and contacted FNB loan and Thandeka advised that they need to call them if there are any issues. i then went back to the Melville branch and the same consulted assisted me and i advised her to call Thandeka and please make notes that i did come in the branch. She did call Thandeka and was on hold for a long period and called another number were they advised the consulted that the is nothing that can be done. i was happy about that and did not have an issue. My issue is that, the consulted advised me that she made notes on the claim but only to find our now by Thandeka that there are no notes made on the system and shows that i was fool making two trip to the branch. i went to the FNB website to get the Melville number and got 011 7278900 of which this number is not going through. If this is the we get then how will I as a customer feel that FNB is taking care of me.
