I went to pep store Naledi mall in Vosloorus today 23 December 2013 around 3 pm to buy a Vodacom sim card, the cashier Portia didn't want to rica my sim card unless I bought an airtime which I did because I didn't have time to urge with her and need to do a sim swarp urgently. I don't know if that's a new rule at pep stores but It does not make sense why am I forced to buy airtime before having my sim rica'd.
