Some weeks ago I requested a qoute from Outsurance. Unfortunetely the could not beat my current premium. The agent did not even mention anything about the R400 the are offering if the can't beat my current premium. I called them and a guy called Johan answered the phone. He then tried to put me through to Naledi who was busy on the line at the time. He promised me Naledi will call be back. Is now two days and I'm still waiting for his call. Today I tried to call but I was put on hold for /- 10 minutes. Outsurance must stop lying to us about this. Naledi pls call me we need to sort this matter.
