Good day, I spoke to Zintle on the 09/10/2013 08:52 on 0861466324, she told me I'm not client I should tell client to call, after explaing that your client is not employed and does not have fax/ email access. She told me client must call customer service, I asked for correct number, then she dropped the line. After that call phoned and spoke to Naledi who promised to get back to client and didn't. She told she does not have email access but will try to get back to client. Day 2 Naledi did not contact customer as promised, day 3 no reponce from her nor Homechoice. Phoned and spoke to Windel who told me they busy he cannot promise to get back to client, while trying to be transferred to queries dept he dropped the line. What is the meaning of customer service? Why there is customer service if client cannot get help. I've called and sent email. My cousin just want her refund coz you guys delivered incorrect goods. Email proof wit tracking no TA 227243956 ZA, goods were returned on the 02 August 2013. She's been calling and you kept on giving her the same answer you giving me. Her Name is Ruth Motumi..
