ACCIDENT CLAIM

I put in my accident claim on the 6 July, the insurance sent me an investigator (Willie) which i co-operated with. I gave him all the details he wanted and he said that they need reasonable time to process the claim. My claim was supposed to be handled by Nkele Molele but she has not made contact with me, she is also never there when i call. 16 days later the investigation is still going on and they will debit my account on friday.
Willie came to my hotel for all the questions, and the next day he came to my work place to supposedly advice me to cancel my claim. He keeps telling me i was drunk and i was not and that is why the investigation is taking long. I feel harrassed by this man and that i am being taken advantage of. What i need is a finalised report and see what i can do.
