I tried now to get a personel loan from Standard Bank on my cheque account, but behold - Sir you have not Fica't your account?
Lets start from the beginning:
I received an sms in the beginning of Jan - after opening my new current account, advising me to collect my new card at the Lakeside Mall branch as per my request, I arrived at the Lakeside mall branch, after waiting for an hour in a que, I was adviced that my card and documents was at the Rothsay branch, I went there with all my documents, after waiting about 45 minutes, I was helped by a young lady, I cannot not remember her name, but I had all my ddocuments with me, after 30 minutes I was told that everything was set up, fica, internet banking, iphone app was setup, etc...
So why does the lovely gentleman tell me to go to my branch AGAIN, adn fica AGAIN?
I am NOT going to go through this whole story AGAIN, get your house in order, and sort my account out TODAY, or else I will go today another bank, that will help me!!!
I do not live in Witbank anymore, but in Benoni, as per my Proof of Address that I took in to the branch in Jan 2013!!!
