Never claimed in my 14 years of having insurance... Then moved over to Discovery for the fuel rewards (which helps quite a lot) and within the first month I bumped my car and two weeks later got broken into. Not sure what the process was for claiming it was fairly pain-less and their procedures are well in place. The car took 3 weeks due to parts availability in SA and my house content was replaced the same week. I was skeptical moving away from the "Big-Gun" name in Insurance but my confidence is "insured" with Discovery Insure. Well done. You are a young business in the insurance industry but you are doing well in my books...
