Account debited without the clie's request

Hi

I opened an account with fnb a while back. And few months later, there was some unknocwn company that took my money from the account without me knowing about. I never had an account and I have never set a debit order whatsoever, I went to the bank to enquire and they told me some one withdraw my account and when we check my bank statement it was not a withdrawal it was a do, we tried to trace it and reverse the tyransactions. The bank told me they don't know this company and they dont' have a code and they only reversed few hundrens in my accout.

However they promised me that they will check and info me and they will stop this company from debiting my account but nothing has been done yet its been more that three years now. I got to work and they come and take my whole salary. I wanted to change banks that if I change bank they wont be able to help me further or reverse the money owed.

I've been since waiting nothing, I live with my old mother who's 85years old and I cant keep on asking her money to go to work and dont get paid.

Please assist.
