My father inlaw was involved in an accident with one of outsurances clients. mr Mpshe never investigated the claim and accepted false information from the client, this case was a hit and run. the client hit a white tazz and left the scene, we tracked down the owner of the white bakkie and he claimed his son was driving, the son admitted guilt but when it came to the claim accused the 73 yr old driver of being negligent. the driver of the tazz was injured and his car written off. outsurance awarded the innocent driver alittle over R750 and the hit and run culprit 20 000 rand. please take note hit and run is a criminal offense and your client almost killed a man on two separate occasions.
