I am out of words to explain how shocked am i by the level of incompetence at Unisa. They really do not care about students as long as they pay their (Unisa Staff) bills at the end of the month.
I submitted my application for exemption of study units by the end of June 2013. I visited UNisa Sunnyside on the 5th of August to check the status of my application. I was told it is too early i will hear from them. I went again today (28October) to check the progress of my application, i was once again told it was too early. I pressed them for answers. When they checked on the system, the application was captured but my documents are missing. No one knows what happen to my documents. That is why i do not have any response regarding my application. I am extremely frustrated because my registration for next semester will be guided by this application. I doubt if Unisa will attend to this query because they are one of those Institutions who do response. Is not worth it studying at Unisa because of poor service and incompetence.
