Pathetic Service From ABSA Bank

Personal Loan application done 21st June 2013.
Bank Statement, Proof of Address and Payslip e-mailed to [Email Removed] on the 21st June 2013
Updated payslip (may 2013 payslip) e-mailed to [Email Removed] on the 21st June 2013
Received an sms to say Loan provisionally approved on the 24th June 2013.
After the 24th June 2013 no correspondence received from ABSA.
Called ABSA on 04th July 2013 to query application and I was told I need to send a bank statment that was stamped.
Stamped Bank statement sent to ABSA on 08th July 2013.
Called ABSA on the 09th July 2013 to query the application, consultant informed me application was cancelled.
Then I spoke to a person named Ayanda. I told him all the required documents are sent to them and they must sort out the application, now he is telling me he needs to assess the application and cant give me a time frame to confirm.
I am not going to now go around scanning documents all over again to send to you'll.
Please ensure this is attended to urgently.
And ABSA needs to catch a real wake up regarding customer feedback. Common courtesy is to keep a customer informed, which was clearly not done in my case.
