I am still utterly disgusted at Standard Bank. Even though I posted a complaint last Saturday 13th July 3013 and I emailed my complaint to their enquiry section of Ucount, I have still not received a word of communication from them. Once again I did three follow ups this week and still my purchases from the 29th June 2013 which are paid for from my cheque account have not arrived. I cannot believe the audacity of Standard Bank. I do hope they respond to this posting.
