I'm so unhappy with service (s) I'm receiving from your call centre I called last week Thursday 22/08/2013, Monday 26/08/2013 & Tuesday 27/08/2013, I have a huge problem, I have a debit card with Capitec for the past months it does not want to swipe, yesterday I went to the dobsonville branch they told me I MUST get a new card which of I need to pay R45.00 for it, for 1 why must I pay R45.00 for a new card which of I have a card that expires in 2014?? it's not like I lost a card or I damaged it, it's not my fault that Capitec used the cheapest material to do their cards, so please I need my card to be fixed since it's not my fault that it does not want to swipe, I have an account with FNB I've never experienced this such, my car is with FNB, my house as well, my other salary & other income goes to FNB, their service is excellent always, their branch consultants knows what is customer service, with u guys your service is bad, especially main branch in JHB CBD, the ladies are soo rude, if you want keep your customers happy please make sure your staff is well trained, you never pay for any faulty card @FNB, why must I pay with you Capitec, like really, I need my card
