Unable to swipe Capitec bank card

I opened an capitec account in August 2013 and i closed my other current account and also arranged that my salary get paid into my capitec account. Since August i tried to use my capitc card for purchases at tills and fuel but every time the pin number is rejected (although the same pin works fine at the capitec atm). this has cause me so much humiliation and frustration. I went in to cape town cbd branch and requested a pin reset and new card last week tuesday, on Saturday i put in fuel in my car and guess what!!!??? once the card is inserted in the machine and it request my pin number, it asks met again and again for the pin number, in other words the card does not work, i had to leave my car at the garage and walk 3 km (in an unfamiliar town) to draw money . i am not going to the nearest capitec branch to sort this out because it was a waist of time .if this situation is not sorted out by end of this week im taking my business to another bank. this is unprofessional and pathetic for a bank to issue someone a card that cannot even be swiped at till points.
