I have been with Capitec for 2-3 years now.. I have had good service most of the time.
Except one issue that never gets resolves and I keep paying for (unfairly in my opinion)
The card you supply never last! I have on many occasion been unable to buy groceries
because Capitec Card dont work at the Spar by my house.
One time you supplied me a card it worked for around 3 days..
Now on the card that works sometimes, I again I have to pay R35.00 for a replacement card??
How is this fair??? My other savings accounts card have never been replaced once???
Why am I been charged R35.00 for cards that are clearly not lasting, the same day I applied for
a new card, there are parents complaining about the very same thing???
Do you think this is fair? I can understand paying for a lost card.. But a faulty card NO...
I did ask the teller at Flora Centre a few times why this happens.. After asking him for the 3rd
time, it is clear he cannot reply.
