I called in for cancellation of comprehensive car insurance, but in turn she manage to give me good advice and ended up giving me a good offer which i was satisfied with and accepted. she was very patient and gave me clarity on all products which are related to this insurance... need more people like her in this industry as telephone trust is more of a risk.
