Tried to apply for a credit card on line
got refused due to not matching certain criteria
asked my personnel banker to explain, he just passed me on a phone number to ring
tried ringing got transferred from one department to another each person stating they could not or would not help
finally the last lady just hung up
very unhappy with the service provide from fnb from the moment i changed to them last January
never really match what they advertise
some of the staff' attitude is terrible and i find them very unhelpful
needless to say i will probably change banks
